Ms Ikuko Yamamoto
Creator of CRAFTHOLIC

Ms Ikuko Yamamoto, 31, started her interest in designing since her college days as she was always doodling on her notes. Graduated with a Major in Stylist Course from the prestigious Bunka Fashion College in 2005, she joined ACCENT  Corporation, a Tokyo-based interior goods and lifestyle company, and created CRAFTHOLIC in 2008.

As the creator and designer of CRAFTHOLIC, Ms Yamamoto oversees the design, supervision and branding aspects of CRAFTHOLIC. Apart from collaborations with other brands and companies in and outside of Japan, Ms Yamamoto also hopes to share Japanese traditional culture and ceramic art with CRAFTHOLIC supporters by combining it into her designs, using KUTANIYAKI and ARITAYAKI, a type of pottery.

There are currently 42 CRAFTHOLIC outlets in Japan, as well as in countries, such as Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Czech Republic and Paris.
