[Media Invitation] NikuNoHi Roast Beef Festival: Enjoy the Hottest Beef Bowl in Town!


Rub your hands with glee as NikuNoHi, Eat At Seven, has launched two new dishes: Roast Beef Salad; and Roast Beef Don! The restaurant doles out a great selection of authentic  roast  beef  and  premium  meats.  The  chefs  prepare  them  yakiniku  style –  a  Japanese culinary technique for cooking small chunks of meat and vegetables on hot plate.


Both the Roast Beef  Salad and Roast Beef Don are made using high-grade Australian  sirloin. The Roast Beef Salad is a great option for health enthusiasts, or as a starter. A medley of greens, ponzu jelly and 200 grams of roast beef chunks are tossed together.

Roast Beef Don

Roast Beef Don are made using high-grade Australian  sirloin. The tender red meat is slowly roasted. It is accompanied with a smooth poached egg. Tangy wasabi mayo sauce is then drenched over the bed of fluffy Japanese rice. This is indulgence in a bowl. 

Kiwami Plate 
$142++

The Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku platter comprises A4 Toriyama Wagyu Beef curated from Gunma. The  cuts  include  Kiwami  Karubi (beef ribs), Kiwami Loos (beef loin), Kiwami Harami (beef skirt) and Special Gyutan (beef tongue), all weighing 80g each.
