Divergent is a thrilling action-adventure set in a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities. Tris Prior (Woodley) is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy to destroy all Divergents, she must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it's too late. Divergent is based on the best-selling book series by Veronica Roth.

Watched Divergent earlier on. The show flow well and was interesting though certain scenes ended abruptly. Divergent may seems similar to the hunger games but with a different plot.

I think viewers who read the storybook could anticipate and relate better to this film. If you never read the book, you need to pay attention to avoid missing certain highlight of the show.

The different obstacles for the dauntless was pretty cool. It somewhat educate viewers never to give up but instead strive to be stronger. Nice intense and romance scenes which bring this show up to another level.

Personally, I felt that Divergent was slightly better than the hunger games. If compared with catching fire, both will be comparable.

Had this Pork Yaki-soba at Bishan Food junction. I like the texture of the noodle which was well-cooked with the sweet sauce blended nicely. Decent amount of well-marinated tender meat which make this dish a flavorful one. One appetizing dish which worth a try!

Went for brunch with Wei Ming at Forty Hands quite some time ago. Nice of him to drive me to the area for a catch-up from Tiong Bahru Plaza. Liting worked there before and told me about his cafe which served good coffee thus I went there to try!

I ordered salmon hash and iced mocha for brunch! Salmon hash tasted pretty decent however the sliced salmon portion was small. The brown bread was well-toasted with good texture though. Personally, I felt that that it quite expensive for that particular dish.

Since many mentioned that the coffee was superb, how can I possible to miss it ya? The iced mocha tasted thick and rich. One sip and you could taste the richness of chocolate blended together well with coffee. To me, I thought that it was good though I think there might be better coffees out there.

Trapped is Singapore's best real escape room equipped with unique clues and puzzles to solve and escape from our professionally designed concept rooms. It provides you the opportunity to put your mystery solving skills and IQ to the test. We’ve brought the online virtual escape games to reality, but with a twist. Book with us (hyperlink) now to enjoy a mind-blowing experience.

Went with pals to this real escape game - Trapped! Our theme for the day was Alice in the wonderland. Always wanted to try out on this reality game and yup! Finally I managed to do so!

They passed a cordless phone for us to seek hints if needed. There were no maximum number for the hints. However, the benchmark was 3 calls. Its the first time all of us played it. Thus, we do not exactly know what to do. However, we still try our best to find and think out of the box. Nevertheless, we managed to escape through the 3 hints given though we miss the time like a few seconds?

Teamwork and involvement plays a vital role while you are being trap in the room. Not to forget communication as well. The overall experience was pretty fun I thought.

Dinner with Mummy at Dim Dim The Hong Kong Pantry. The restaurant itself was not spacious but cosy. The ambiance was decent and it will be a good chill out place for friends and loved ones.

Personally, I felt that the food were pretty decent. However, the serving time for the dishes took quite awhile to come. I think this might be something to improve on.

The only dish that I thought needed improvement will be the spring roll. The cabbage that were wrapped inside was not chop into smaller pieces thus it was difficult to chew and consume. The siew mai and golden custard bun was good!

Dinner with family at Spicy Thai - Thai Cafe. This cafe was situated near Aljunied MRT station. The ambiance was normal and seems more like a coffee shop rather than a cafe. However, the food there was good.

Green curry chicken tasted sweet but slightly spicy for my taste bud. Enjoyed the plate of pineapple rice and phad thai! Both tasted great with decent portion! Also, the dishes were served hot! Not to forget the BBQ chicken wings which was well-marinated.

Desserts tasted pretty normal. Nothing to rave about but I have to agree that the red ruby was special which you rarely seen it elsewhere.

Headed down with Danny to try Morganfield's at the star vista! The restaurant was spacious with good ambiance. Prompt and friendly service which was a plus point visiting this restaurant. (:

Decided to order Perfect Porky Combo (for 2)! You can see the sumptuous meal in the picture. (:

Personally, wanted to try their sticky bones and chocolate lava cake since they were the popular dishes there, and yup! I did.

As you can see, the half slab sticky bones (Hickory BBQ) was served in a rather big portion. The meat was tender and juicy. Most importantly, it was well-marinated.

The pork escalope tasted decent though I thought the meat texture was slightly tough. Cripsy on the outside, tender on the inside. However, it was not served hot which bring down the taste of the meat.

The other sides such as the baked potato, french fries and corn bread were nicely done.

The chocolate lava cake was good! It was served warm and with moist texture. Also, the chocolate tasted rich in flavour. If you are a chocolate lover, you have to order this! However, the ice-cream was a disappointment because it was not rich in flavour and was slightly "over-frozen".

This original 3D computer-animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.

Watched The Lego Movie yesterday night. The story was normal and certain humor elements were injected to brighten this film. Yes, I do agree that it was witty and cute but that did not do much justice to this show.

The plot was rather weak without any specific direction for the viewers. However, it bring a important message across to each individual out there. Everyone is useful and able to lead. All you need to is to believe and have that little faith in yourself.

Enjoyed eating the duck rice from Duck Noodle Oriental Stall Duck Rice. Fragrance yam rice which was well-cooked. The texture of the rice was well-done; not too hard nor soft. The duck meat was tender and juicy.

The chilli sauce tasted more on the sweet side. And yup, it goes well with the rice. The chilli sauce was one factor which bring this dish to another level.

It will be better if more meat was given as I thought that the portion given was small. Nevertheless, this is one dish not to be missed.

Previewed Stefanie Sun 孙燕姿 latest album - Kepler 克卜勒. I enjoyed 尚好的青春天 and 使的指纹 from this album. The lyrics and melody were pretty well-done, which was meaningful and memorable. The emotions she put forth were great as usual. Nice~

LONE SURVIVOR, starring Mark Wahlberg, tells the story of four Navy SEALs on an ill-fated covert mission to neutralize a high-level Taliban operative who are ambushed by enemy forces in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan.

The story started slow in the beginning which was pretty dull. It got heated up when the fire fights begin. From that particular scene onwards, it captured my attention with its intense and gripping moments.

The emotions and injury was... convincing that it is difficult for one to forget after watching it. With the quotes and team spirit injected, it made this film a even memorable one. I think most viewers gave high ratings in regards to these aspects, which was rarely shown in other film.

A good inspirational true story which educated viewers about Operation Red Wings.

This dish here is 月光河粉 from Quest food house. The Hor Fun was well-cooked with good texture. It tasted pretty good though I thought that it was slightly oily to my taste bud. This flavorful dish will score higher rating if more ingredients were added, to enhance my dining experience. Nevertheless, this is one of the better dish there.

Global action star Liam Neeson stars in NON-STOP, a suspense thriller played out at 40,000 feet in the air. During a transatlantic flight from New York City to London, U.S. Air Marshal Bill Marks (Neeson) receives a series of cryptic text messages demanding that he instruct the government to transfer $150 million into an off-shore account. Until he secures the money, a passenger on his flight will be killed every 20 minutes. NON-STOP, which reunites Neeson with UNKNOWN director Jaume Collet-Serra and producer Joel Silver, co-stars Golden Globe Award winner Julianne Moore.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Watched Non-Stop with Gary and Koon Siang. The story was direct though it started off alittle slow in the beginning. Good suspense which kept viewers pondering who the baddie were. Though the entire scene was on the plane, it focus our mind on this current incident that happened.

There were plenty of possible suspects on board and that includes Bill where many choose to believe that he was being set-up. Thus, it triggers the mind of the viewers thinking who exactly the terrorist were. It may seems that Bill Marks (Liam Neeson) is the one who wanted to strive his best to save the passengers in the plane. However, when was told to return the $150 million back, he reply back a what money?

It then trigger me back to the entire plot, it mentioned that He was in depression ever since his daughter left him. Also, He could be the one who planned the whole incident to receive the lump sum of cash. I guessed he is one of the terrorist who managed to escape death and took the money.
