[Media Invite] Wah Kee Launches New Outlet in a Coffee Shop!

Wah Kee launch its brand new outlet in a coffee shop, along beach road! Besides enjoying the prawn noodle, patrons could also try their clam soup and exclusive ngoh hiang platter, when they visit this store.

Along with its new opening, it will unveil its Wu Xiang Platter (prices from S$8 onwards), which features an array of classic items.

The 4 exclusive mainstays are made with the same type of wild caught sea prawns that Wah Kee uses in its noodle offerings. Bite into the Prawn Cracker and relish the crunchiness. This savoury snack is a great accompaniment to Wah Kee’s prawn noodles!

The Bean Curd Skin Roll with Prawns promises an interplay of textures. The bean curd skin roll is fried to perfection. Encased within are juicy and succulent prawns with a pronounced freshness!Wonderfully crispy, the Fried Wanton is made with a blend of fish paste and prawn.

The Chinese Sausage (guan chang) is an unique offering; while the usual sausage is made with meat, this version comprises a mixture of meat and prawns!

Wash all the food down with four of Wah Kee’s homemade drinks. Choose from the sweet Papa’s Grass Jelly Drink; palate-cleansing Mama’s Homemade Barley; invigorating Jie Jie’s Lemongrass with Ginger; or fragrant Kelvin’s Chrysanthemum with Goji Berry. Draft beer will also be available, and it makes a great accompaniment to Wah Kee’s superb mainstays.

The new outlet will offer the same pricing as the Pek Kio stall, and you can expect no GST and  service charge! Each bowl of prawn noodles goes at S$5 and increases accordingly. For this outlet opening promotion, senior citizens aged 65 and above can enjoy Wah Kee's bowl of prawn noodles for just $3!
