Ippudo's 1st Thai-Jap fusion ramen is here in Singapore! This ramen ($19++), a perfect combination of tonkotsu broth and tom yum soup was surprisingly appetising. Tom yum tonkotsu ramen will be available from now till 30th June 17 at Mandarin gallery, Mohamed sultan, Westgate and Shaw centre outlets.
