The SUFOOD Appetiser (S$5.00)
A delicate trio of poached Japanese yuca root drizzled with a blueberry coulis, a lady’s finger with Alfalfa and a savoury cherry tomato jelly.
Rosemary Breadsticks (S$3.00)
Home-made rosemary-infused breadsticks, served with a sweet mustard or blueberry dip. It goes very well with the sweet mustard, pretty addictive I must say!
Strawberry Snowflake Salad (S$9.00)
A refreshing salad comprising of Italian baby spinach, strawberries, pineapples, shredded taro, sprinkled with feta cheese and to be drizzled with strawberry sauce. Not your typical kind of salad that is rather classic on its own.
Creamy Potato Black Bean Soup (S$6.00)
A flavourful and creamy soup infused with grinded black beans.
Cheesy Mushroom Wrap (S$15.00)
Mushrooms, brinjal, cheese and onions are swaddled in a crisp oven baked wrap and beautifully garnished with diced tomatoes and rocket leaves for a flavourful and sumptuous creation. I am glad that I chose this as my mains because it was tasty! Everything just complements so well!
Roselle Jelly Yoghurt (S$5.00)
A roselle-flavoured jelly topped with yoghurt and sprinkled with almond bits. Initially, this dessert tasted rather sour for my taste bud however, once I got used to the sourness, it actually tasted pretty decent.
And yup, the above sums up my tasting for this Italian-inspired vegetarian cuisine. The set menu cost $29.80++ per person. You may wish to find out the many other dishes they offer here.
