I have won an invite to HungryGoWhere first Instameet, held in partnership with Four Seasons Singapore last Wednesday evening!
The event took place at One-Ninety Wood-Fired Steaks and Seafood at 6.30pm. I got the honour to try the ground floor restaurant's new Mezze buffet dinner and cocktail pairings that night. (:
That night was my very first visit to One-Ninety Wood-Fired Steaks and Seafood. Honestly, I adore the ambiance of this fine dinning restaurant. The layout was posh and classic with dim lighting being used.
Mezze Buffet Dinner
Exclusively handcrafted food served on suar wood buffet tables using only the latest in-season and air-flown fresh produce, the menu is curated daily based on the best offerings that Chef sources for the day. An extensive and delectable array is available across the buffet and entrees selection, including entrees such as tajima wagyu, ahi tuna steak, red label organic salmon and more.

Baby Lamb Chops
I ordered baby lamb chops medium rare and it was nicely done. The texture of the meat was tender, well marinated and goes along pretty good with the sauce provided. It could been better if bigger portion was given to enjoy more of this dish. I tried the steak and the seafood grilled and it tasted quite good as well. The portion of the salmon was rather big though I thought that the texture could have been more refined. Thankfully, I ordered the dish that I thought it was the best among all.
Tried the 4 different cocktails there as well - Wasabi martini, kentucky breakfast, lemon drop and rum o cocktail, Personally, I like the lemon drop and rum o cocktail as it tasted not too flavourful and strong for my taste bud.
Remember to order their home-made bread and signature truffle foccacia because it tasted good! Their signature truffle foccacia was served warm and tasted crispy!
