April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, and with a rookie soldier thrust into their platoon, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Watched Fury with Gary and Jiewei yesterday evening at Johor Bahru City Square Cathay Cineplex. Personally, I felt that the story was direct with a rather good plot. However, the slow dialogues somewhat pulled down the show slightly.

While watching, you get to see different personality of soldiers introduced and at the same time highlighted on their struggles faced during war. I thought that the emotions put forth was splendid. It also felt as though you are the manager of this particular war game; managing the whole situation.

To be honest, I was expecting more for the tank battle. The climax of it just hit to a certain degree which was good though not impactful enough for me. Nevertheless, a decent war movie to catch!
