[Media Tasting] Portico Platos serving Spanish tapas


Portico Platos, Portico Group’s latest concept is a stall serving Spanish tapas, located within Timbre+, a gastropark at Ayer Rajah Crescent. The designs revolve around a shipping container style and food truck concept.

Originating from Spain, the word “tapas” means a wide variety of hot or cold appetizers or snacks. Patrons of tapas can order many different small dishes and combine them to make a full meal. Serving up comforting yet delicious tapas, appetizing paellas and simple sweets, diners are bound to find something they love.
