After a proposed gas pipeline creates divisions within the small town of Beaverfield, and a snowstorm traps its residents together inside the local holiday lodge, newly arrived forest ranger FINN (Sam Richardson) and postal worker CECILY (Milana Vayntrub) must try to keep the peace and uncover the truth behind a mysterious creature that has begun terrorizing the community.
Attended Werewolves Within 狼人入侵 preview screening at Shaw Theatres Lido. The movie concept was based on a VR game - Werewolves Within. If you play the card game - werewolf before, I think you will agree with me that they are similar in one way or another. Oh yes, I always enjoy being the werewolf in the game because it is definitely more fun and exciting! Oh well, back to the movie review of this film.
The show started with an incident which keep viewers in suspense. After which, the characters are being introduced in the city. The story then start to evolve from there. This is yet another movie about trusting and working together as one.
However, things went haywire when each of them constantly questioning and testing their own personal judgement. It totally keep me in suspense and ponder who exactly the werewolf was. Towards the finale, it revealed who the werewolf was and honestly, I did not suspect this person at all.
