[Media Invitation] Get Lit at Tocha Bistro over Good Food & Drinks


Tocha (pronounced tor-shay) Bistro, the Portuguese word for ‘torch’, is aptly named for its aspiration to ignite change in the bistro/bar business. Located in the off beat Lavender district, Tocha Bistro offers an array of Western fare, bar bites, and selection of drinks, all at reasonable prices. Tocha Bistro has a 110-dining capacity,withits 80 alfresco seating along the Rochor River, offering light breeze in the late evening, and a brilliant sense of calmness from the hectic city life.

Mushroom Soup ($5.80)

The chunky diced button mushrooms within was nicely crafted. It definitely complement well with that garlic bread.
This soup is daily house made with chef's selection of mushroom. 

Smoked Duck Roll ($6.80)

Smoked duck, pork bacon, tomatoes, greens in tortilla wrap. A great appetizer to start before having your meal. 

Baked Scallops ($8.80)

Baked with mayonnaise & 3 types of cheese. Scallops and cheese lovers, you just got to order this!


A combo platter of iberico pork, tenderloin steak and lamb rack. Definitely for the meat lovers out there!

Grilled Salmon ($15.80) / Cod Fish ($19.80)

This is served with a tangy and citrusy honey mustard sauce to compliment the freshness of the pan-seared fish, along with grilled asparagus and sautéed potatoes and carrots on the side. Both the salmon and cod fish are equally enticing.
