Promising a spellbinding experience at an affordable price, Momiji Shabu Shabu is the undisputed favourite for those hankering for a Japanese-themed hotpot. Lined with wooden slats and furniture, the restaurant exudes a congenial, understated vibe suitable for tête-à-têtes.
Momiji Shabu Shabu (Momiji) is proud to announce its brand-new à la carte menu. In line with the launch, the Japanese-themed restaurant has also introduced four new soup bases, all of which are prepared with collagen puddings.
There are four new soup bases - Healthy Veggie (S$12.80), Low Calorie Pork (S$15.80), Premium Beef (S$18.80) and Lamb Stew Tonic (S$18.80). I got the chance to try the Low Calorie Pork and Lamb Stew Tonic. It tasted good though the broth tasted quite salty for me. Diners can opt for Duo Pot (S$25.80) where they can choose from any two soup flavours!
With the revamp, there are also delicious side dishes to enjoy at Momiji.
Fried Pork Cutlet (S$6)
Minced Pork Rice (S$3.50)
Coconut Chicken Soup (S$9.90)
If you are there for the buffet, you can DIY your own waffles!
