When Thomas wakes up trapped in a massive maze with a group of other boys, he has no memory of the outside world other than strange dreams about a mysterious organization known as W.C.K.D. Only by piecing together fragments of his past with clues he discovers in the maze can Thomas hope to uncover his true purpose and a way to escape. Based upon the best-selling novel by James Dashner.

Personally, I felt that the story flow well with a good plot. Though it may seem similar to the hunger games and divergent, it was more compact and smart as a whole. I do not know if it is only me, the plot reminded me of the Bourne movie series since the character also loses his memory. Experiments and test were also involved.

I enjoyed how the scenes were being built up each moment. With that, it kept viewers engaged throughout the film. Certain intense and humour scenes were injected which brings this film to another level.

The mysterious organization only became clearer to Thomas when He piece up the people, objects and dreams together. That was when the mystery was being revealed. This film also educate viewers the importance of trust and teamwork even if the circumstances may change.
