A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth's dominant species.

Personally. I thought that Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was good! Though the duration of this film was 131 minutes, it seems shorter while I watched it. Thus, it was engaging and not draggy I felt.

It portray certain values between humans and apes which was interesting. Also, it educated viewers on important attributes such as teamwork and trust issues. There were certain heartwarming and action scenes which bring this film to another level.

Overall, a good sequel with a great storyline not to be missed.
