A Noodle Story
Tried a noodle story @ amoy street food centre when it was newly opened. I find that the concept was pretty refreshing - Singapore-style ramen. The noodle comes with hot spring egg, potato-wrapped prawn, cha-su, wonton.
I like the tender cha-su & cripsy potato-wrapped prawn! It tasted good and goes well with the noodle. The chilli tasted reasonably nice though I thought it was slightly salty for me. Small portion of noodles served, I guess this dish might not be filling for noodle lovers.
