Ah Lang fried fish dumpling Ipoh hor fun
This is a simple dish but it tasted reasonably good. The fried fish dumpling is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. The filling inside is quite salty but I can still accept the strong taste of it. Guess some find it a little too salty to their taste bud though. The portion of this dish might be pretty small for some.
