8 Crabs Seafood Delivery

8 Crabs is an award winning crab delivery and seafood delivery service serving Singaporeans island-wide. They started of as being the only premium seafood importers specialising in wild catch crabs, sea cucumber, prawns, grouper, and tilapia from Sri Lanka. Today, they have their own processing premises in Sri Lanka. Being the only supplier of wild catch crabs, they promise you quality crabs!

I'm so glad to have discovered 8 Crabs Seafood Delivery. This platform offers an array for food items which includes seafood, meat, poultry and others (vegetables, egg, tofu). Continue reading below to find out what I've ordered for my family!

Award-Winning Chilli Crab - Large (1pc) - $68.00

Fried Man Tou (Set of 5) - $6.00

Crab lovers, Rejoice! The crab offerings here is really fresh and delicious. I will totally recommend it! The chilli gravy itself is not too spicy and has a tangy, sweet taste which I adore. Best of all, their signature crabs are wild catch. This means that these crabs have proper nutrition which results in them being bigger in size with quality taste!

Oh ya, remember not to miss out ordering the fried man tou as these items complement perfectly well with the gravy!

Traditional Hotplate Bean Curd - Small - $10.00

This dish came with a melody of items such as the beancurd, prawns, mushrooms, minced meat and broccoli. I adore how the generous spread of ingredients goes along well with the gravy. It's so tasty that you can have it on its own too!

Butter Battered Calamari - Small - $14.00

Each of the butter battered calamari came in a rather huge piece. It has a crispy and flaky texture which can be rather addictive however, the taste of it could have been more buttery and distinctive.

Singapore Fried Bee Hoon - Small - $6.00

Signature Coffee Pork Ribs - Small - $15.00

This particular dish definitely bound to delight your taste-buds! The coffee sauce is not too strong which goes perfectly well with the tender pork ribs. I personally adore it pretty much!

Are you tempted to give these offerings a try? They actually do lunch and dinner delivery with $8 flat delivery fee per order (island-wide) or 1 hour express delivery for $18. Free delivery for orders above $120!

[Korean Drama Review] 365: Repeat the Year

A story where ten people get the chance to go back in time by one year, but unexpectedly mysterious situations start to arise when their fates are changed and twisted in the process. Ji Hyung Joo is a detective in the violent crimes division. He used to be part of the traffic police but was promoted when he arrested a wanted criminal. It's been seven years since the change, and he's a talented individual who always knows how to relax. Though he is happy at first to have the chance to go back in time by one year and "reset" his life, he begins to search for the truth when a series of mysterious events befall on the group of people he goes back in time with.

Had just completed watching this Korean drama - 365: Repeat the Year. The story was adapted from Japanese novel “Repeat". Decided to catch it because the synopsis attracted my attention.

The drama has a refreshing plot with good suspense. It revolved around the few characters with different purpose and agenda in life. On the other hand, never place your trust in people. At times, the one whom you trust dearly could betray you. In order to grasp the story, please follow each episode closely. The finale had an unexpected turn-out which made this already good drama, an exciting one.

The whole series may not seems logical but, trust me, watch it with an open mind to truly enjoy it!

[Singapore Drama Review] Best Friends Forever 致2020的我们

It is the year 2020. The university reunion party brings three estranged best friends - Si Ya, Yun Xi and Zi Ying back to the campus once again. Besides retrieving the ‘memories’ stored in the time capsule 10 years ago, everyone is also eager to see Romeo, the person who caused their fallout years ago. However, he does not turn up. Yun Xi tries to get close to Si Ya and Zi Ying, in order to rekindle their friendship, resulting in a trip down memory lane.

Just finished watching this series - Best Friends Forever 致2020的我们 currently airing on Mewatch. This show certainly bring back nostalgic memories where it journey viewers through friendship and first love during schooling days.

The characters each has its own traits and attitude towards school and relational life. It is actually comforting to also see individual with different personality accepting one another as friend.

In life, there will be arguments and misunderstanding which cause unnecessary hurt to the people around. However, people do change and learn to cherish when their life turn upside down. This is how a person grow to be better isn't it?

Just realised that this drama was from wawa's production. No doubt, it was pretty good. I'm always a fan of their series and this one did not disappoint too.

You may wish to watch the entire series here.

[Korean Drama Review] Tell Me What You Saw

"Tell Me What You Saw" is a suspense thriller about a genius profiler named Oh Hyun Jae who has lost everything, and a detective with photographic memory named Cha Soo Young who work together to track down a serial killer. Other members include, team leader Hwang Ha Young who sets the plan, ambitious investigation team member Choi Hyung Pil, and veteran detective Yang Man Soo.

Had just completed watching this Korean drama - Tell Me What You Saw. This series reminded me of Dr Frost which focus mainly on investigations. I enjoyed the progression of each episodes, which led me to follow it closely. It was that good as though I'm watching a movie.

The cases are carefully depicted with an unexpected twist. It got better and more interesting when the main characters are involved in it too. The "gathering of evidence and revealing of hidden truth" moment was definitely epic and kept me at the edge of my seat.

Kudos to Jang Hyuk, Choi Soo-young and Jin Seo-yeon acting capabilities. Nicely portrayed!

[Japanese Movie Review] Kaiji: Final Game

Based on best-selling manga. It's the year 2020, and just as the entire nation of Japan finishes playing host to the Tokyo Olympic games, the economy suddenly spirals downward at breakneck speed. Inflation soars, public safety crumbles, and the federal government finds itself on the verge of insolvency, rapidly transforming the national economy into one big underground labor camp. Kaiji is the epitome of a life turned ring. Treated like dirt, he makes do with a salary handed to him in a thin envelope. Struggling to decide whether he should spend his money on a beer, now rising to 1,000 yen per can, he is gradually filling with rage. Then he discovers that his former underground labor camp boss, Otsuki, who made a name for himself through an illegal gambling ring, has now risen to President of the powerful Teiai conglomerate. Otsuki induces Kaiji to take part in the "Tower of Babel," a game of luck invented as a diversion for cash-flush old tycoons, who give hope to the weak and destitute with a chance to get rich overnight. The wheels of fortune start to turn again for a born gambler like Kaiji. But is the future that awaits him to become a paradise or another form of hell? Tune in to the gambling show of the century as it returns to mesmerize a nation.

After a long wait, Kaiji: Final Game is here! As a whole, the movie was decent. Initially, the plot seems promising but it turned out draggy in-between which was a pity. The suspense and thriller elements are ample but sadly not notable as before.

If you are expecting something similar to previous installment, this sequel may disappoint you because it wasn't as witty as before.

It had an unexpected twist towards the finale which was amusing, I never thought this will happen to the clever Kaiji. It definitely put a good end to this Japanese blockbuster movie!

[Taiwan Drama Review] Someday or One Day 想見你

Are you my imagination or illusion? If I could go through the time of the universe from 2019 to 1998, it's all because of you.

Currently, I am watching this Taiwan drama - Someday or One Day 想見你. This ongoing drama airs every Sunday in Taiwan. In total, there are 13 episodes. Viewers can expect main cast such as Alice Ke 柯佳嬿, Greg Hsu 許光漢 and Patrick Shih 施柏宇.

I'm now at the 10th episode and the story turn out to be rather interesting. It has a good mix of romance, comedy, suspense and time-travel. While watching this series, it also trigger some nostalgic memories during high school. The casts showcase professionalism in their characters and acting capability with great chemistry. A pity that certain scenes may turn out slow.

I also enjoyed the 2 OSTs - 想見你想見你想見你 Miss You 3000 and Last Dance. The lyrics are meaningful with a great melody. Most importantly, they are relatable to the story. I never expect to have adore 伍佰 Wu Bai&China Blue Last Dance while watching this series. Not miss out, 八三夭 831 想見你想見你想見你 Miss You 3000

As I'm towards the finale, I'm really excited to find out what will happen next. Be it imagination or illusion, I would recommend it to you. Do binge watch soon!!

About Double Cleanse

A two-step cleansing ritual designed for scalp’s needs.

[Korean Movie Review] EXIT

Yong-nam was one of the best rock climbers in college but hasn't had much luck elsewhere after graduation. He has failed to get a job since graduating and has to rely on his parents just to get by. He's a deadbeat living with his parents and doesn't see much hope for the future, he can't even land a date. For his mother's 70th birthday, he insists on hosting a party at a roof top garden restaurant, where his old crush, Eui-ju works. When a disaster strikes, covering an entire district in Seoul with mysterious white gas, he has to use all of his rock-climbing skills with the help of Eui-ju to get everyone to safety. What his mom once thought to be a useless skill soon turns out to be the group's only hope for survival

I've recently watched Exit with Danny at GV Plaza.

The film has a focused story-line but somewhat, predictable. A draggy introductory to begin with some humour element portray. The many intense moment kept me at the edge of the seat too. Honestly, Some of which appear vague and "too good to be true". On the other hand,  it show the real personality of a human in time of crisis as well.

Great that it uses skill and technology for a realisation of its usefulness. Never will one thought that drones and a rock-climbing skills can actually help to save lives. Hence, never belittle any skills and technologies because it may surprise you in many ways.

It is a fun, exciting and heartwarming show!
